DO NOT READ THE DALLAS MORNING NEWS TECH BLOG

Apparently nowadays major newspapers including The Dallas Morning News publish information [at least on their blogs] based on unverified information found in blogger-drivel.

Case in point:
Do not buy the 3G iPhone

Why This? Because We Can!

When I first read about this on The Dallas Morning News Tech blog [link below] I thought: why would people like you and me need this link http://www.criminalsearches.com/?
School districts, businesses and such should use this, but us?
So I tested it. I put my own name in and found that "there ain't nothin' on me" in the database. (Oh, good. Those school zone speeding tickets from 1986 are no longer there!)
Then I keyed in the name of a former boyfriend and found stuff that ... makes me glad he's out of my life.

MORE "PREG MAN" BULL

Again: Beatie is a FEMALE as long as that person has the internal organs of a female no matter what that person did to alter that person's external appearance!
Again: this LESBIAN couple are nothing more than a "circus freak show" and a huge embarassment to me and all other gay people.
Activists: Trans man's pregnancy did little to help causeThe "media circus" surrounding Thomas Beatie, the pregnant trans man who gave birth to a girl on June 29, has done little to help the transgender community in its effort to gain equal workplace and health care rights, according to an article in Salon. "The best thing that Thomas Beatie can do for the trans community is live his life as honestly as he can, and worry about what his immediate neighbors think of him, and how successful he is in his local community," said transgender policy adviser Jamison Green. "If people go back to accepting him as a man, that would be a big plus." Salon (7/3) , CBC.ca (7/4)

Now That They're Retired ... They Say This

Implementer of "don't ask, don't tell" says policy doesn't work A new study by four retired military officers has concluded that Congress should repeal the military gay ban because out gay and lesbian soldiers pose little or no threat to the nation's preparedness for war. The report from the Michael D. Palm Center at the University of California, Santa Barbara, was co-authored by retired Air Force Lt. Gen. Robert Minter Alexander, a Republican who in 1993 took part in a Defense Department panel that helped implement the "don't ask, don't tell" policy. Google/Associated Press (7/7)

Cheyenne Jackson ... Keep An Eye Out For Him

Of course, he has a website [http://www.cheyennejackson.com/] and this is what I posted there:

Cheyenne, when you appeared during the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade "Xanadu" number last November, I thought, "I know that handsome man from somewhere." I don't live in New York City [but I've visited there twice].

Then last night on The Tony's "Xanadu" number, there you were again and I went back through that thought process again.

Plainly said, Cheyenne: of course, I don't know you. However, I'm certain I'm not the only one who wishes I were friends with such a beautifully handsome man.
